Slot Missions in Hogwarts
Slot missions are a great way to earn gear weapons, equipment and other items. They're hard to complete.
In this video slot, which was inspired by Jackie Chan, you can join a group fighters who are looking to earn cash and pardons. Help them free captured generals. Earn up to 50,000x per line.
Concealed Weapon Slot
The concealed weapon slot is a special slot that lets you carry pistols into a mission. Some players use this to achieve certain goals particularly those who are going for Suit Only. Some players use the extra pistol to bridge gaps. It's important to remember that in order to select the pistols in this slot, you need to click on the button for the appropriate category, such as alternate slot 2 machine guns. Major Expedition and Adept Rider are active, which makes it much easier to use. This combo adds a damage tick every 10 seconds from Concealed Weapon as long as it is positioned.
Slot for Smuggled Items
The smuggled item slot a good feature for allowing players to bring weapons and tools, but it could benefit from a more streamlined affordance. It's currently shaped like a pistol which makes it hard to differentiate the smuggled item slot from other slots for gear.
The smuggle slot is able to hold many different items, from subtle concussion devices to weapons-grade explosives. These items are secretly stored in hidden locations around the map, and can be found at any time. Smuggled items are distinct from Agency Pickups and Hidden Stashes, which conceal only small objects within scenery and objects directly.
Mission planning is a feature available in episodic missions that allows players to discover different starting locations equipment, smuggled items, and slots prior to their entry into the map. The options for planning increase as players complete challenges and obtain higher Mission Mastery levels. This lets players prepare the best mission for each challenge.
Gear Slot
In the beginning of the game, players will find their gear slots rapidly become full, resulting in the frequently-repeated "Your Gear Slots are full" message, which blocks Max from acquiring new equipment until the old items are removed or space is found. Hogwarts Legacy Merlin Trials are the solution to this issue. They give players more inventory space for completing challenges missions. However, because the majority of these challenges are scattered across the globe and are easily missed, it can take a long time to acquire the most inventory slots in the game.
A player's five Gear Slots can be filled with up to 5 different gear types, which must be selected in the Gear Selection menu before a Break-In can begin. Each individual gear item (except the Pistol) occupies one Gear Slot while a set of similar items (like a group of Grenades that are of the same type) only takes up one Gear Slot.
Agency Pickups
As you progress in Mission Mastery levels, you unlock various agency pickups across the map. These locations let you store items that do not fit in your concealed slot for weapons or gear and then retrieve it later.
These pickups are particularly useful if you have to go through a frisk later in the game, or if you are carrying a weapon that could otherwise cause suspicion. You are only able to hide one item at a pickup location.
This DLC also adds new asset protection and security contracts to the agency. To start these missions, just talk to the receptionist at the agency and purchase armor and snacks. Then, go to the designated marker and spot a group upon arrival.
